What to Expect
Before Your Appointment
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete any remaining paperwork. Bring your insurance card, photo ID, a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records or imaging results from other providers.
During Your Visit
Your provider will review your medical history, discuss your symptoms and concerns, and perform a physical examination. Diagnostic tests such as lab work or imaging may be ordered. You'll have time to ask questions and discuss treatment options.
After Your Visit
Your care team will provide clear instructions for any follow-up care, prescriptions, or scheduled procedures. You can access your visit summary and test results through the patient portal.
